Therapy approaches used include Gestalt, Adlerian, Reality, Cognitive, Behavioral, and Christian-based counseling.

 

Psycho-dynamic approach.  Involves how our past families, relationships, experiences and “unfinished business” affect our present approach to life, way of thinking and relationships.

 

Cognitive – Behavioral.  Involves how our cognitions (thoughts) influence how we feel and behave.

 

Family of origin.  Involves exploring how our childhood experiences and relationships affect the choices we make and how we behave.

 

Spiritual.  Explores how our faith and identity can influence, motivate and enable us to live a deeper and more fulfilling life based on divinely revealed truth.

 

Reality.  Enables individuals to learn what choices or options are available to them in order to more effectively satisfy their needs.
